BM 900 has been the standard in modern slit lamp microscopy for almost 50 years – and still is! Over 100,000 professionals all over the world who own a BM 900 agree that it was the best investment they ever made for their practice. The BM 900 is the “classic” slit lamp for the general ophthalmologist concerned with both the anterior and posterior segments.

Special Features
Illumination device B
The constant excellent illumination (150 000 to 600 000 Lux.), the ability to adjust the length of the slit image either by steps or continuously are only a part of many great features of this device.
Furthermore, the slit mechanism allowing hairline settings provides unique depth perception. The possibility to rotate the slit around the optical axis through 90° in either directions combined with the range of slit length adjustments permits evaluation of distances in the horizontal plane.
Tilting the slit image by up to 20° permits examination in vertical, oblique and horizontal optical section.
Stereo microscope M
The convergent eye-pieces of the binocular microscope allow examination under natural conditions. Lenses and eye-pieces generate a range of total magnifications from 10x to 25x. The magnification of the microscope can be altered without having to interrupt the examination nor to newly adjust the microscope. The best solution for the patient and the examiner. |
